Quotes and bookings
A quote is an estimate based on the details you give us. It is not a confirmed booking until we agree on the scope and schedule with you.
Delivery and access
You are responsible for making sure the delivery location is reachable and clear for safe placement on the agreed date.
Permits
Some placements may require a permit from the City of Chandler or your local permit office. Arranging any required permit is the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Use of the equipment
The equipment stays our property throughout the rental. Please use it only for its intended purpose and keep it accessible for scheduled service.
Payment
Charges and payment timing are set out in your quote or invoice. Fees for extra trips, extended rental or damage are billed as they occur.
Liability
We take reasonable care in delivering and servicing your rental. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of AZ.
